Bringing Quality, Affordable, Evidence-Based
​Childbirth Classes to the Underserve

We believe that that part of the answer to the severe disparities that exist for black women, young mothers, and low-income families exist because childbirth education is either non existent or cost prohibitive. Ready Set Push offers free or affordable prenatal education which includes online Lamaze childbirth education, breastfeeding classes, parenting instruction and courses for fathers and support partners. Our Classes

We provide quality evidenced based prenatal education for women. For a full program we enroll mom-to-bes in the 1st trimester and focus on nutrition and how to choose a provider. For the second trimester we focus on mental health and breastfeeding benefits. For the third trimester we focus on childbirth classes and breastfeeding trainings.
